At Irayz, we value your trust and want to make your shopping experience smooth. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for purchases made on our website.
1. Order Cancellation

- Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Return & Exchange

- Products are eligible for return/exchange if:

- The wrong product was delivered.

- The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

- Products are eligible for return/exchange if:

- Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

- Certain items (like clearance sale products or customized orders) may not be eligible for returns.
3. Refunds

- Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse.

- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit (customer must provide bank details).

- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Sunglasses damaged due to misuse, scratches from daily wear, or any product returned without original packaging are not eligible for refund or exchange.

- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may be non-returnable unless received in a damaged/defective condition.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

- IRAYZ will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
