- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a nominal handling fee, displayed at checkout.
- Express/priority delivery (if available) will be charged additionally and shown during checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days.
- Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
- International shipping may be introduced soon. Any updates will be shared on our website.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers can track their order using the tracking ID sent via email/SMS.
- Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
- In such cases, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted before issuing a refund.
7. Delays in Delivery
- While we work with trusted courier partners, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or natural events may cause delays.
- IRAYZ is not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving issues promptly.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@irayz.com with your order details and unboxing photos.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
