1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a nominal handling fee, displayed at checkout.
  • Express/priority delivery (if available) will be charged additionally and shown during checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
  • International shipping may be introduced soon. Any updates will be shared on our website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers can track their order using the tracking ID sent via email/SMS.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted before issuing a refund.

7. Delays in Delivery

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or natural events may cause delays.
  • IRAYZ is not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving issues promptly.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@irayz.com with your order details and unboxing photos.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
